All our Classes are On Line through Live Zoom Classes. Please download the Zoom Meeting App to your device and register for your free Account.
Below are our class times – and links to Register for each class. We hope to Meet you Virtually as we practice separately and together!
WELCOME TO OUR ONLINE STUDIO!
There is power in every pause. As we navigate the un-chartered waters of a pandemic and social distancing, we are still wired for connection. Through our “Virtual” classes we can connect separately but together. With connection and community being our focus we continue to offer your favorite classes virtually.
While our favorite way to connect with you is in person, we’re glad you made it to our virtual yoga tribe. We will be adding classes to our virtual studio as time progresses. We will add these to our social media and e-mails so that you can stay up to date. We recommend checking back periodically so you will be in the know.
The “How” – The process is simple. Here’s how it works.
Register On-line Via the Class Schedule page – Register for a single class by using the corresponding PayPal link below or you can use Venmo @Jordanyoga. (If using Venmo please indicate which class you wish to register for)
Registration fee is $10 per Class. The registration cutoff for each class is 30 minutes prior to class start time. We need this buffer to be sure that you get the appropriate log in information to participate.
Punch Card and Unlimited Yoga Class Passes – “Click” the E-mail below:
We’ll send you a Zoom invite for the class via email. Please be sure the email address on your PayPal account is valid and current. If not, you’ll need to provide us with an email address to send you the invite. Send that to email@example.com with the subject ONLINE CLASS INVITE. You may not receive the invite instantaneously, as we are human and there might be a little lag.
The “When and What” Class Schedule
Tuesday – 9:30am – Morning Flow with Jamison
Roll out your mat and enjoy an energetic all levels vinyasa flow class! This class is suitable for students of all levels. Modifications will be offered for Level 1 students. Expect to find an awareness of your breath, and to open both your body and heart.

In this dynamic 75 min. Class we will focus on alignment, core strength and breath to open and release those tight areas and strengthen our core line. This class is appropriate for all levels of practitioners. Modifications will be offered throughout the class.

Thursday- 5:30pm -Yin with Jamison
This class is a dance between our solar and lunar polarities. Offering a nurturing balance for your mind and body. Yin offers the ease filled opposite of our daily lives…our yang. Leaving us with balance. We use the skillful progression of postures to rewire patterns in the body. By using time and gravity. This class is appropriate for practitioners of all levels.

Friday Happy Hour-6:00pm -Rotating Teachers and Class

Saturday – 11:00am Hatha Blend with Jamison
In this class poses will flow from one to another in conjunction with your breath. This class will create strength, freedom and flexibility in the body and the mind. This class is appropriate for all levels of practitioners.

Sunday – 4:00 pm Fusion Slow Flow with Heather
A creative offering for body mind and soul. In this class, space is held for practitioners to feel the seat of empowerment by way of various non-prescriptive, enlivening sensory techniques. Includes trigger point, alignment, slow flow, philisophical inspiration and relaxation. Expand your ability to “see” aspects of life and bathe in the possibilities.
