Each Friday is a little different! Check out the schedule. Happy Hour Fridays are a great way to connect and unwind from a crazy week so that you can face the weekends wholeheartedly!
Friday – January 3rd.- 6:00 p.m. – Join Heather Jordan for an Anjali Restorative Practice. Anjali Restorative Yoga is a rich, restful practice of deep and meditative support. Each posture is supported by bolsters, pillows and blankets. The hallmark of an Anjali Restorative Yoga practice is that the restorative spaces are filled with imagery, guided meditations and restoring breathing practices. This practice is appropriate for all levels.
Friday – January 10th.- 6:00 p.m.-Slow Flow Vinyasa to Soothe the Soul-Join Heather for a Slow Flow 60 min. all level class. Every movement is connected to breath with grace and ease. Focusing on intention and attention to the breath and how the body moves.
Friday-January 17th – 6:00 p.m.-Join Jamison for an all levels 60 min. Yin Class. Within effortless effort, use the skillful progression of postures to rewire tension patterns. Release stores of trauma in the fascia. The postures use the tools of sustained time and gravity, without force, to offer a deep and meditative practice that triggers parasympathetic, rest and digest, nervous system.
Friday-January 24th-6:00 p.m.-Join Linda Yameen for an all levels 60 Min. Class. Book Club immediately following.
