Saddle Up

I refer to this quote in my moments of fear of change and the unknown. We often embrace our fear and use it as a protective shield around us. Pushing aside things that need to be done to help us move forward in our journey. Whether it is making that call to set an appointment for a new endeavor or finishing a project that allows you to move forward in your life. We are our own worst enemy, the biggest obstacle in our path.

Finding our strength in vulnerability. As we open our hearts we open ourselves to new possibilities whether it is a new asana we never thought we could achieve or an opportunity that once was scary. As we blossom we find that we become open through our vulnerability which gives us strength in the uncertainty.
